Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that during peak periods, processing may take longer. If any delays occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Shipping Coverage
We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is limited to U.S. addresses only.

Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $69.00USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $69.00 USD will incur a flat shipping charge of $9.90 USD.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and a link to our tracking page. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. Shipping Carrier Information
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all deliveries. Estimated delivery times are based on USPS guidelines, but times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Restrictions
- Continental United States: We ship to all states within the continental U.S.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to U.S. addresses.
- PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as severe weather or other uncontrollable factors.
How Do I Update the Shipping Address?
Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@depromes.com.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it at any time. We will process a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your cancellation request.

My Order Has Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
If your order arrives damaged and the courier is present, we recommend refusing the delivery and immediately notifying our customer support team. If the parcel was left without you present, please contact us for next steps, and we will process a refund as per our return policy.
What If My Order Gets Lost in the Mail?
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us. We will work with our shipping provider to track your package. If it is confirmed as lost and the provided delivery address is correct, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. If the address was incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing the item.
