Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. All returns must meet the conditions below to qualify.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Defective or damaged items, incorrect items, or items that do not match the product description are eligible for a return.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at info@depromes.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. Returns without prior approval or RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your return in acceptable condition, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider. For any questions, contact info@depromes.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Deliveries to Incorrect Address

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
