Welcome to Depromes (“Depromes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to our terms, privacy, and policies. Please read carefully.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take longer. You will be notified of any delays.

Shipping

  • We ship to U.S. addresses only; no international shipping is offered.
  • Free standard shipping for orders $69 or more. Orders under $69 incur a flat fee of $9.90.
  • Transit time: Typically 5 to 7 business days. Total estimated delivery window: 6 to 10 business days.
  • Carrier: United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times may vary by location.
  • PO Boxes cannot be shipped to. Delivery delays may occur due to weather or other uncontrollable events.
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking info via email once shipped. Updates may take 24–48 hours.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping covered by us. Other returns: customer pays shipping.
  • No restocking fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless error is ours.
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
  • Exchanges: not offered. Place a new order and return the original item if eligible.

Order Cancellation

Orders not yet shipped can be canceled by contacting info@depromes.com. Refunds processed within 24 hours of approval.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, refuse delivery if possible and contact support. If lost, contact us after 7 business days. Replacement shipped if address was correct; incorrect addresses are customer responsibility.
